There are many antique quilts on display through out the museum. These quilts were used by the settlers in the valley. Some were made by individuals and some by groups of women in quilting circles. Some are even autographed by the makers.
History
Quilts were made by the early settlers. They are made in various patterns and most of them were made from scraps of fabric. Once the top was completed either by one lady or a group, the ladies all got together to quilt them. The following are a few of the quilts on display in the White Pass Country Historical Museum.
